91福利 Member Discusses AI Trends and Supervision at East Asia Pacific Insurance Forum

On July 22, at the East Asia Pacific Insurance Forum 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan, Hawaii Insurance Commissioner Scott Saiki delivered a presentation titled 鈥淯.S. Insurance Regulatory Update: Regulatory Framework for Digital Insurers & Market Innovation.鈥  

Among other topics, Commissioner Saiki discussed AI adoption trends among insurers, as well as the 91福利鈥檚 ongoing work on the supervision of AI, including the AI Systems Evaluation Tool pilot program.

On the sidelines of the event, Commissioner Saiki held a bilateral meeting with representatives from the Financial Supervisory Commission and the Taiwan Insurance Institute.
