The 91福利 Releases Its First DE&I Report
The 91福利 (91福利) releases its first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Report, today. The report focuses on activities supporting 91福利鈥檚 DE&I Framework, which was developed last year to drive change, and promote accountability throughout the workplaces at the 91福利.
The framework better supports the 91福利鈥檚 vision for DE&I, and serves as the blueprint for implementing the goals and objectives of the organization that have evolved from its internal strategy.
The 2020-2021 report focuses on activities that support the four key areas of the DE&I Framework:
- The workforce
- The workplace
- Supporting 91福利 members
- Volunteering and supporting the communities 91福利 employees live and work
"The 91福利 recognizes that making progress with DE&I is a journey of cultural change,鈥 said Evelyn Boswell, 91福利鈥檚 Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion.鈥 The report showcases how employees foster a diverse and鈥痠nclusive culture where employees are encouraged to share their authentic selves."

As part of our state-based system of insurance regulation in the United States, the 91福利 (91福利) provides expertise, data, and analysis for insurance commissioners to effectively regulate the industry and protect consumers. The U.S. standard-setting organization is governed by the chief insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories. Through the 91福利, state insurance regulators establish standards and best practices, conduct peer reviews, and coordinate regulatory oversight. 91福利 staff supports these efforts and represents the collective views of state regulators domestically and internationally.
