The Market Conduct Annual Statement Blanks (D) Working Group is the national forum for the states to define and revise Market Conduct Annual Statement (MCAS) data elements and definitions. For more information about MCAS, click on the following link: MCAS.

2026 Charges

1. The Market Conduct Annual Statement Blanks (D) Working Group will:
   1. Review the MCAS data elements and the “Data Call and Definitions” for those lines of business that have been in effect for more than three years and update them, as necessary.
   2. Develop an MCAS blank to be used for the collection of data for additional lines of business, where appropriate.
